My beautiful wife and I have owned and operated Body Techniques since early 1993 and have been helping others live healthier for almost three decades now. However today it’s different than from years in the past. Presently we both have dedicated our lives to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and feel more clarity and direction then ever before about helping others obtain True health. We both feel that we have been called for a higher purpose! We truly believe that without a relationship with God it’s going to be impossible to obtain True health Mind, Body & Spirit.
The Original Med’s Band is Gods gift to us and our gift to you. We simply put some basic full body exercises ONTO a resistance band to help Empower others to live and become more fit. Some people are calling the Original Med’s Bands genius. They say, “It’s so simple it’s stupid!” Well we don’t think it’s stupid but we do think that it’s God driving our vision to help others! The concept behind the Original Med’s Band is how God revealed Himself to me! So, as long as I share about the Original Med’s Band I Truly believe that God is smiling upon me!
