Ok... I'm new to suspension training, so this took a little getting used to. However, once you watch the video & take a day to get familiar with the TRX system, it provides a fantastic workout.
The home training bundle comes with a door hanger, which you will need if you will be using it in a doorway at home or on the road. If you're going to be using it daily at home, I would suggest you get the wall mounting bracket. I don't actually have the wall mount, but after working with the TRX indoors for about a month, I can see why they developed it.
One of my favorite things about the TRX is its versatility. Most products are either "indoor" or "outdoor", the TRX is both, and portable enough to actually use indoors and out. It fits in a small backpack or hydration pack, and makes for a fantastic workout, while on the run...
The TRX uses your bodyweight for resistance, and with a quick slide of the adjustable strap you can very your angle (and the resistance). We highly recommend the TRX; it's a complete home gym that you can take anywhere -- and for under $200.
